Service Description

Join me online on Monday evenings to practice the beautiful art of compassion meditation. Compassion practices are rooted in the Buddhist tradition with the practice of Metta Bhavana, or Loving Kindness, however, these practices are so wonderful and supportive that they have also become firmly embedded within the Western Mindfulness tradition. The practice will begin with understanding our own current situation and bringing mindful attention and radical acceptance. From here we learn how to connect into our own innate loving presence, and when we are ready to do so, we will begin to extend the practice towards others and ultimately all sentient beings. Monday Night Drop In 7pm. The Google Meet Link will be sent in the reminder email each week. NB: This practice is not tailored to beginners, some meditation experience is assumed. However, beginners are more than welcome to attend.

Cancellation Policy

Sacred Stillness Meditation & Mind-Body Medicine is a Trauma Informed, Rainbow and Neurodivergent Business. I will provide a list of Emergency Contact numbers in your membership profile, however, because this class takes place online, it is more difficult for me to monitor your responses and emotional states. You acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your own physical and emotional wellbeing throughout the classes, seeking the appropriate professional medical attention as required. As a courtesy to myself and other students, please ensure that your microphone is turned off unless requested to speak. I understand that plans can easily change, however, please endeavour to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation where possible or I will retain the class fee to cover expenses.
